Chris Church is a seasoned energy executive and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience driving innovation and operational excellence in the energy sector. As a Principal of TNT Excavation, which he joined in July 2025, Chris has leveraged his extensive expertise to build a successful business focused on delivering high-quality solutions to the energy sector. Prior to this, as Chief Operating Officer at M&A Resources, he scaled a startup from a single employee to a fully operational company, overseeing strategic planning, financial management, talent acquisition, and compliance.

Previously, as Vice President of Operational Excellence and Vice President of Completions & Water at CNX Resources, Chris led transformative initiatives that delivered top-tier safety, cost, and efficiency metrics across North America. He pioneered a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) and was an early adopter of cutting-edge technologies in Appalachia, including natural gas-powered fracturing fleets and IoT applications, to enhance operations and reduce environmental impact. 

His skills span operations, supply chain management, risk management, project execution, and talent development, making him a dynamic leader in the energy industry. 

Based in the greater Pittsburgh region, Chris continues to shape the future through innovative solutions and a relentless focus on performance and sustainability.

Mike Vitello brings over two decades of expertise as a seasoned professional and entrepreneur in the energy and construction industries. Since July 2025, he has served as a Principal at TNT Excavation, based in the greater Pittsburgh region, where he applies his hands-on leadership to drive innovative excavation solutions. Prior to this, he dedicated more than 11 years to CNX Resources, joining in June 2014 and advancing through diverse roles. His career at CNX included leading construction teams overseeing the development of roads, pads, and facilities, and culminating as Director of Water Operations. In this capacity, he shaped the strategic direction of water infrastructure and asset development, excelling in logistics, maintenance, and the execution of capital projects. Mike was a key figure in business development, fostering E&P operator collaboration on water-sharing initiatives, and consistently delivering operational excellence.

Before his distinguished tenure at CNX, Mike owned a thriving private construction business, specializing in concrete work, heavy civil projects, and municipal infrastructure. With a robust skill set encompassing logistics management, maintenance, the planning of capital-intensive builds as well as decommissioning, he combines technical proficiency with strategic vision. His innovative leadership continues to propel success across the energy and excavation sectors, establishing him as a valuable partner in collaborative endeavors.
